常聽到飯桌、飯桌仔菜,到底什麼時飯桌菜捏 ?
有人說是自助餐的前身,但或許又跟自助餐也著些許的不同
飯桌仔菜是多了幾分人情味,不完全是料理好的,有些是點菜才製作,也可以坐在板前座位區,跟闆闆閒話家常
這可不是自助餐有提供的服務唷XD
今天要分享的池仔小吃店,在台南可以說是飯桌菜的始祖之一捏~

草魚有分大一點或是小一點的,價格也是不一樣
像這塊草魚在價目表上面並沒有列出,是友人直接開口問闆闆
或許也是有些人走不進去老店的疑慮在於有些價格不透明 ? 這點倒不用太過擔心XD
闆闆會很貼心地說明餐點、價位,後來結帳的時候也是照實算,童叟無欺
草魚塊頭挺大的,比較常見的古早味料理方式是用西瓜綿、或是鹹菜
這裡採用鹹菜,塊頭雖大,吃起來肉質軟綿綿,鹹香鹹香的不錯吃
