叉燒的部分是採用新鮮、整塊的梅花肉回來自己綑綁自己製作,碗裡面雖然只有兩塊,但是份量也是滿大的。用筷子夾起來的手感挺沉的,口感上紮實不馬虎,有著店家熬煮的高湯加持吃起來蠻好吃的
