國華分店已結束營業,我們將上面的店家資訊更改為永康總店的營業資訊
之前有分享過在奇美醫院旁邊的杜桑灶咖,最近在國華街民族路上開了分店了!位置就在國華街金德春捲、富盛號碗粿、阿松割包這個黃金地段的旁邊。很好,這樣離家近多了,吃個餛飩湯不用騎個大老遠XD

位在永樂市場的角落,在這個寸土寸金的的國華街,座位上相對會比較少一點。以店家煮麵區為中心在兩邊有吧台座位區,加上騎樓的兩桌,整個用餐空間大概10來位

蠻大一碗的,裡面有著10顆手工餛飩,跟滿滿的青菜,看起來是非常豐富。這裡的餛飩有著自己獨特的造型,而且皮薄餡兒多滋味好,採用腿肉當基底,加上自己獨家的調味,餛飩皮也沒有爛爛的感覺,整體口感不錯

紅蔥酥乾拌烏龍麵 $65
看看店家使用的紅蔥酥,用量上不手軟。而且這裡的紅蔥頭,還是闆闆使用橄欖油來製作,整體香氣是很足夠的。整碗烏龍麵攪拌攪拌,鹹香鹹香的蠻好吃的。烏龍麵的部分很Q,是蝦米喜歡的口感。

採用糯米製作的湯圓外皮蠻Q的,裡面的內餡像是一顆迷你獅子頭XD,些許的調味,在嘴裡呈現出來的味道還不賴。感覺接下來的元宵節也很適合在杜桑吃上一碗熱呼呼的鹹湯圓!

紅蔥酥乾拌烏龍麵整體味倒是比較清香的,蒜泥炸醬烏龍麵在味道的呈現上就比較濃厚了些。上桌後一樣是要攪拌攪拌的,整體的味道有一點維力榨醬麵的fu,但是又因為蒜泥的加持,味道又更豐富了
