中山路巷弄裡面無名米糕,因為以前巷口有一間炮店~所以以有人稱這間米糕店叫做『炮店米糕』。不管有沒有名字,這裡的名氣可是很響亮的!!

小小店面,沒有過多裝潢,但是用餐時間一到可是座無虛席,還坐到旁邊巷子去了XDD

1..在裡面電鍋旁邊的找到空白紙、有護貝的菜單、還有筆,將想要吃的餐點書寫在空白紙上
2..將寫有餐點的紙張交給服務人員
3..耐心等待
4..用餐後再將紙張拿給服務人員做結帳的動作

一碗乾麵、一碗湯,用來解決一餐其實就蠻足夠的。這裡的乾麵使用的是油麵,簡單調味、肉片豆芽菜點綴,吃的是回憶,還有滿滿的人情味兒。

這是台南最不傷荷包的魚皮湯吧XD。份量不少的魚皮,些許的油條,清爽的湯頭,一碗就很滿足

簡單的蒜頭提味,吃起來是滿滿的家常味道。點這道的話拍照的手腳可要快一點,才不會整個糊在一塊XD

調味過的內餡、幾乎通透的皮,在味道上相當不錯,口感也紮實,湯頭爽口,整體便宜又好吃~~

跟肉燥飯比較起來單價是高了一些些,但是比較彈牙的糯米米粒,是一種很誘人的口感。淋上肥而不膩口的肉燥、撒上些許魚鬆,會讓人一再回味的好味道
