半雞八兩的半雞、八兩雞等等是採用CAS認證的台灣本土新鮮雞肉,並使用氣壓式的炸鍋,以低溫高壓的方式來炸,可以鎖住肉汁,保留住雞肉的鮮甜原味。半雞的部份有雞腿雞翅雞胸等部位,算是可以一次品嘗到雞肉的不同口感。雞胸肉有著料理上的極限,可以炸到不會乾柴也算是厲害的了
