下面是已經製作一半的髒髒蛋糕,接著會均勻的抹上滿厚的一層巧克力醬
這一層巧克力醬裡面有添加些許鮮奶油,蝦米覺得還是巧克力的味道重一些

緊接著上場的是高級可可粉,在這個步驟還會用篩網再過濾一下
看可可粉滿滿的覆蓋在巧克力醬上面的過程好療癒啊~~👍👍

根據蝦米不專業的髒髒體驗
看著電視,邊看邊吃,然後一個不小心就把照片裡蛋糕吃了個大半😂😂
感覺自己好豬喔XD
真的滿好吃的,巧克力味道非常濃厚,而且吃完真的是髒兮兮的,手髒髒嘴巴也髒髒

先將鹹鴨蛋黃烤過之後,搭配奶酥製成蛋糕體中間的抹醬
最後在上面撒上一層薄薄的糖粉
整體吃起來鹹香鹹香的也是滿好吃的
而且這裡的蛋糕都會有一種魔力耶,吃完還想再吃很難停下手來XD

熔岩巧克力
當天剛好看到剛出爐的熔岩巧克力蛋糕,就順勢拍了一張,胖嘟嘟的好可愛,現場也是滿滿的巧克力香氣
內層的巧克力帶著些許的苦甜,蝦米最喜歡苦苦的巧克力了,香濃美味
上面則是撒上巧克力丁來做裝飾,相當的有自己的特色

在兩層的古早味蛋糕體中間夾了滿滿的起司片
闆闆特別找的沒有防腐劑、沒有反式脂肪的起司片
然後上面撒上起司丁還有帕馬森起司粉來做裝飾、提味
吃起來起司味道真的是很讚捏

每天現做的芋頭泥,添加了些許的蜂蜜來做提味
還可以吃的到芋泥塊耶 !!
芋頭因為蜂蜜的滋潤,吃起來反而不會乾乾的,吃起來好厲害啊~

蝦米常常吃蔥花肉鬆麵包,這還是第一次看到蛋糕是做這種口味的
吃起來是有著印象中的麵包口感,吃起來確認蛋糕的口感
這種衝突感在腦海裏面好特別啊XD
不過整體來說是好吃的唷~
