安平路上健身工廠旁邊前一陣子多了一間新開的叻沙麵 - 寶貝老闆新加坡叻沙麵。店家剛開幕的時候我們就有來用餐過,但是那次純粹是享用餐點並沒有拍照。這次再訪,很認真地拿起相機幫餐點拍了幾張美美的照片來分享給大家。

整體的裝潢蠻簡約的,座位跟座位之間很寬敞,用餐起來不會卡卡。進門右邊有一整個櫃子的公仔,闆闆應該是個公仔迷吧。((公仔表示有點兒擠擠的 XD))

上桌時鍋蓋是蓋著的,店員有說明大概要等1-2分鐘再開鍋,因為裡面有....滿滿的起司正在融化成超級牽絲的模樣。開啟鍋蓋的那一瞬間,大噴發的水蒸氣,滿滿融化的起司,看上去真的是很誘人
