慶中街這附近可以說是美食集中地,也是我們很常覓食的地方。今天要分享的扶桑酒肆,我們也認識很多年了,但是都只是走過路過,卻沒有進去過。這次到訪用餐,餐後心得只有四個字可以形容:相見恨晚啊~~

這裡的生魚片新鮮不在話下,做成丼飯當然也是很美味。我們點的這一碗扶桑漁人丼超級豐富的,滿滿的鮮魚都看不見底層的醋飯了❗️❗️

表層的生魚先享用,搭配一旁的玉子燒、秋葵、蘆筍花椰菜等等享用完一輪,往下看還有第二層的生魚,而且是我們很喜歡的鮭魚、干貝等等
干貝跟著鮭魚卵、醋飯等等一起入口,那味道真的是太棒了

這裡的綜合壽司有分生的或是熟的,我們今天享用的是生魚握壽司。鮭魚、花枝、鮪魚、這樣子的組合,而且提供現磨山葵,這樣一份只要$130也太佛心了❗️❗️
我們喜歡第一個不沾醬直接吃,可以完整感受到生魚跟醋飯的完美結合。第二個再沾點哇沙米、醬油來提味,感受不一樣的味道層次

這裡的雞腿做法,讓雞皮有著脆脆的口感蠻不錯的。入口的味道上則是鹹甜鹹甜的,搭配上層的蔥花來享用非常的讚。
(這裡的蔥油看起來很像燒臘店,但是吃起來口感上更為精緻一些)

爽脆多汁的櫛瓜,烤過的之後口感仍然有著飽滿的水份,吃起來也很飽嘴,相當不錯
